NPoK took part in the conference held on 2 September at Nasjonalmuseet’s Storsalen Nasjonalmuseets formidlingskonferanse: "Rom for formidling", a full‑day professional gathering exploring five key spaces of museum mediation: the exhibition room, the mediation room, the outdoor room, the immaterial room and the media room. The event, streamed live and open to a limited audience, offered lectures, conversations and practical sessions that examined how these different spaces shape museum practice and open new possibilities for cultural engagement. The conference provided NPoK with valuable insights into current mediation strategies and emerging approaches within the museum field.
2026
NPoK was selected among the top‑ranked initiatives in the 2026 call for study visits under the EEA and Norway Grants Culture Programme, placing our organisation in an elite group chosen from more than 240 applications. As part of this programme, NPoK carried out two bilateral study visits in July and August 2026, engaging with a total of 18 institutions across Poland and Norway. During the July visit in Kielce, the Norwegian delegation met the Mayor of Kielce, visited Targi Kielce, and held sessions at key cultural institutions including the Museum of Dialogue of Cultures, the National Museum in Kielce, the Gallery of Contemporary Sacred Art, the Stefan Żeromski Theatre, the KUBUŚ Puppet Theatre, the Kielce Design Institute, the Outdoor Sculpture Gallery, and the Mauzoleum of the Martyrdom of Polish Villages in Michniów. From 25–27 August, NPoK hosted the return visit in Oslo for the delegation from Kieleckie Centrum Kultury (KCK), beginning with an official meeting at the Embassy of Poland in Oslo and continuing with professional sessions at Oslo Kommune (Sagene Samfunnshus), the Oslo Opera House, Deichman Bjørvika, Nasjonalmuseet, Astrup Fearnley Museet, Galleri Format, MUNCH, KB Contemporary, and a concluding project discussion at Holmenkollen.
Both visits focused on knowledge exchange, institutional dialogue and the development of future project concepts, and were implemented under the EEA Grants Culture Programme operated by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland.

NPoK as Facilitator and Co‑Organizer of Ahead of Her Time: Female Authors from the Nordic Region
NPoK is delighted to announce that we have been facilitator and co‑organizer of the event Ahead of Her Time: Female Authors from the Nordic Region, organized by Wolne Lektury, that took place at Deichman Røa on 2 September 2026.
The event highlighted groundbreaking Nordic women writers and presents new translations that open doors to broader reading, cultural dialogue, and renewed attention to modernism and women’s voices in literature.

2025
We are pleased to announce that the Nærmere / Closer Pilot Program has been successfully implemented, supported by Sparebankstiftelsen DNB and carried out in collaboration with NLIS Norlights International School in Oslo.
The programme was conducted during the winter and spring of 2025, offering free educational courses to children from diverse cultural and national backgrounds. In January and February 2025, NPoK successfully completed the programme titled “Nærmere – Verksteder – Pilotprogram.”
With financial support from Sparebankstiftelsen DNB, NPoK organized four ceramic workshop sessions, culminating in a final presentation and exhibition.
We provided free ceramic workshops to more than 20 children from diverse national and social backgrounds at Norlights International School in Oslo.
Sparebankstiftelsen DNB financially supported the project.
The creative part was designed and commenced by Mari JJ Design.
2024-2025
Our organization demonstrated full dedication and motivation in successfully implementing
and concluding the project “All Generations Art Studio” during the period from 1st November 2024 to 28th February 2025.
In total, our organization, NPoK, engaged 309 people directly in Norway through this
initiative.
Through our joint efforts, we established a valuable collaboration with the Polish Embassy in Oslo, which granted Honourable Patronage and provided significant connections for our project and Polish partner.
This partnership paved the way for extra 16 integration meetings, reaching an
incredible 365 school children in Oslo and Hønefoss.
We take great pride in the fact that this cooperation has allowed us to collectively reach, integrate,
and train approximately 2,000 people in both Poland and Norway.
We wish all the best to our polish partner in this project and move forward to the new exciting ventures for NPoK in the near future.

"All Generations Art Studio"
was cooperation with a Polish Foundation - Fundacja Otwarty Krag as part of the BeFORme - project, implemented by the support of the Bilateral Cooperation Fund (BFF) from the Norwegian and EEA Funds.
2022-2024
Between 2022 and 2024, NPoK successfully completed the program titled "Closer / Nærmere."
With the financial support of Sparebankstiftelsen DNB, NPOK organized eight ceramic workshops and presentations, culminating in a showcase during the Oslo Open weekend.
We provided free ceramic workshops to over 110 children, youth, and young adults from diverse national and social backgrounds.

2021/2022
The Norwegian-Polish Cultural Organization proudly took over the Cultural Patronage and is a member of the Jury in the competition entitled "Traces of Polishness in Oslo", organized by the Polish Embassy in Oslo. More information about the competition can be found on the Embassy's website.

Promotion and exhibition of 11 Artists and designers.
“2010._” is an exhibition presenting the works of eleven artists and designers who studied together and graduated in 2010 and 2011 from the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. After a decade of individual creative activity, most of these artists and designers reunite for a group exhibition. In addition to showcasing high-quality ceramics, paintings, and design, the exhibition serves as a sentimental journey and a return to another part of the Wrocław Academy. The individual artistic achievements of each participant, in areas such as artistic ceramics, design, painting, and illustrative painting, are noteworthy.

The exhibition was going to be held at the NEON Gallery of the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław and organized in cooperation with curator Artu Wijata, head of the Winda Contemporary Art Gallery at the Kielce Cultural Center,
and curator Maria Joanna Juchnowska.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we needed to take precocious measures and exhibtion was held and promoted only online with great reviews and publicity across the media. You can see more here:
